Refund policy
We understand that not every purchase is a success. If you find that you have an unwanted product, you have 14 days from the delivery date of your DRESSFIT order to initiate a return.
Please email us at customer service at info.dressfit@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
What can be rotated/exchanged:
You can rotate accessories, leggings, bicycle shorts, overalls, tops, shorts, pants, rashguards, boleros, cloth and bodysuits.
What products cannot be returned/exchanged:
Discounted items purchased on this website are not eligible for exchange or refund (unless the return is due to a product defect or the wrong item was delivered).
The product can be returned if the following conditions have been met:
- You did not wear it, the clothes could not be washed;
- the original appearance of the product is preserved (there are no snags, scratches, stains, traces of deodorant);
- preserved labels and labels of the manufacturer;
- the original packaging is not damaged.
*(Please wear underwear when trying on shorts, overalls and trousers)
All postage costs are covered by the client, due to faults, if the return was made due to a defect in the product due to the fault of the manufacturer or the wrong product was delivered. We carefully reject your return, gently wrap the goods in order to transfer them to the exit.
Product Processing Timeline:
Once we receive your return, we will need 5 business days to process it. Once we are aware that your refund no longer supports the sale, we are unable to process the refund and payment for it will not be refunded. You will be notified by email once we have processed your return.
Terms and methods of refund:
The refund for the goods will be made to your account within 3 banking days from the moment of processing the returned goods, by the same payment method that you chose to pay for the purchase on our website, namely:
- your bank account;
- your PayPal account.
