Worldwide delivery is carried out by state international post. Delivery of your order is free for you to any country.

When your order leaves our warehouse on its journey to you, we’ll send you a dispatch notification email – so keep an eye on your inbox.

*Please note that deliveries to the islands can take longer, sometimes more than 30 business days.

Note:

Some orders shipped to Hong Kong may not receive status updates. This is due to the peculiarities of the China post delivery service and we cannot influence this. Don't worry if you can't track your package to Hong Kong, it usually takes 8-10 business days to arrive.
Due to factors that can affect international shipments, such as holidays/natural disasters/virus(Covid-19 pandemic)/war/clearance/customs delays, we are unable to guarantee shipping times. These are only estimates.
All orders will be dispatched within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 7-10 business days for dispatch. Please be sure to add this processing time to your shipping estimates.


WRONG ADDRESS:
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation.


MARKED AS DELIVERED:
If an item is marked as successfully delivered by the domestic postal service in your country to the correct address provided upon ordering but has not successfully arrived you must contact the local post office and bring for us formal affidavit of a lost, stolen package or undelivered package. After that, we will endeavour to resend a replacement order to you.  This is left to the discretion of DRESSFIT however in this specific scenario we cannot issue a refund.  Please contact us ASAP so we can help at info.dressfit@gmail.com . Each case is different so be sure to include all relevant information when contacting us.

IMPORT TAXES / REFUSAL OF PACKAGE.
Please note DRESSFIT does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. DRESSFIT not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will DRESSFIT accept any orders back due to the rejection of customs charges.
If the order arrives at your country:

  • The customer refuses to accept the package
  • No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.

We deserve the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
